Great Customer Service help in purchasing a vehicle I informed the salesman who met me outside the building that I wanted a used Ford Exlporer. We walked to the northeast portion of the car lot and th I informed the salesman who met me outside the building that I wanted a used Ford Exlporer. We walked to the northeast portion of the car lot and the salesman informed me there were no used Ford Explorers, only the Escalade. I asked again if there were no used Ford Explorers. The salesman looked around and confirmed there were none. This salesman then introduced me to another salesman who handles new cars. This salesman called up my history with Five Star Ford and discovered that I bought a two cars in the last five-plus years through salesman Diron Lintz, and he connected me to Diron Lintz. Diron was very professional in putting me at ease when I stated that I wanted to buy a vehicle, but I did not know if I could purchase today. I informed Diron that I spoke with the first salesman at the door before entering the building and was informed there were no used Ford Explorers. I informed Diron my credit score was not that great. Diron began the work of asking (a) What kind of vehicle? (b) What monthly payment? (c) What down payment? (d) Is there a trade vehicle? He started the paperwork to determine the level of approval and credit information then we went to the car lot to look at new Ford Explorers. Diron took me to Kenneth Wilder, Finance and the process was completed, start to finish in a short timeframe. Thanks Five Start Ford, I have a great new car! More

Sherri and Sam were pa We just purchased a 2015 F-150 platinum here. This is the second purchase. We purchased a 2014 Fusion which was a custom order. Sherri and Sam were patient as we looked for a vehicle that was exactly what I built online. We were considering doing an order to get what I wanted. They pulled three trucks off the lot for me to look at and drive. They answered all my questions and provided reasonable options to consider. In the end, I found a vehicle using the online inventory search, just one, that was nearly exactly what I had built online. I went back the next day and they let me see it and drive it. I decided to purchase it instead of ordering one. I am pretty fussy about things and no one lost patience or tried to tell me what to do, that would have been the "kiss of death" anyway. There were no hassles at all. They listened to what I wanted and did their best to comply. I worked with Sherri and Sam the last time so they were familiar with my idiosyncrasies. I also educate myself about the vehicles I want to purchase and Sherri is good about not following some script and making sit through explanations I don't need or want. I want to be respected for being an intelligent buyer and I don't need any hand holding. I ask questions when I have them and sometimes know some features that the sales people may not be familiar with. Sherri and Sam give me appropriate space to do my own independent evaluation and make my decisions. They are well informed and would be able to go into depth with any customer that needs and wants that level of attention. My vehicle, for some stupid reason, did not have any incentives from Ford. I think everyone was a little surprised and I am confident they tried to find anything available from Ford. I am a bit unhappy with Ford about this but it has no reflection on the dealership or their people. I have 500 miles on the truck now in just a few days. The aftermarket department, Leann and Sam, got the Weathertech mats, spray in bedliner and the rolling tonneau cover installed the day after we took delivery. I really liked Leann's courtesy and attention to my concerns. I want to mention "Tutman" in finance. He is a character, in a good way. I can't say I have ever remembered any of the finance people I have met but he is memorable. I was in a hurry so we had to interrupt the paperwork and come back. He is funny and there were no hassles. I don't know how they schedule the finance guys but I would suggest you ask for him to do your paperwork, he is A++.
