I up front and to the point, hey this is what I want. Mario so friendly sat down and he showed me what he had on the lot. Did I mention that at this time 4 of my 6 kids were running and playing around. Mario, a family man totally understood. We picked a few trucks to look at, kids leading the way. Mario seemed to understand what I wanted, so he didn't waste my time showing or trying to sell me something I didn't want. Another huge plus is that Mario is a Spanish speaker. My wife using English as a second language, sometimes can not find the words she is looking for. With the added stress of this huge purchase, Mario spoke Spanish to my wife and English to me answering questions and explaining options. Mario stayed late two nights to work with us. Yes, I know it's his job to do that. But, after a long day at work, who doesn't want to go home to be with their family.
