I spent hours researching their inventory online and narrowed it down to a handful of trucks. James Garrett and Ford Yeager cheerfully ventured out into the rain and pulled each one to the front door for us to drive and inspect. Both men were very knowledgeable of the products, honest, and a blast to deal with. I actually couldn't wait to return the next day to finalize the deal. I can't recommend enough James Garrett and Ford Yeager. I have also visited them in the past and they actually suggested I wait before purchasing because the timing and deals were not optimum for my situation. And then there's the "Tut Experience". Tut is one of the financing professionals and was a pleasure to work with. He had me laughing the entire time. He reviewed a couple of other financing options and helped me choose the one best for us. You can tell Tut really enjoys his work and helping people find what's best for their needs. After the deal was complete, he made a hilarious announcement on the intercom letting everyone know you are now a part of the Sam Pack family. The entire dealership was laughing when I left his office.
