I had been looking for an F-350 Lariat dually via e-mail with a salesman at another dealership for a couple of weeks and not only was he not able to f I had been looking for an F-350 Lariat dually via e-mail with a salesman at another dealership for a couple of weeks and not only was he not able to find what I was looking for, he kept sending me links to trucks that didn't even meet my minimum requirements which I had laid out for him in an e-mail at the beginning of the process. I left an inquiry with Five Star Ford on a Sunday evening and got an e-mail response from Chad the next day (Monday) and sent him my list of requirements & desires for a truck. Within three hours he had found the exact truck I was looking for at a dealership in Mexia, TX. After telling him I was interested in looking at the truck, he was able to get the vehicle on his lot and ready for me to look at around noon the next day (Tuesday). I met him Tuesday evening and within a few hours I owned a new truck. After working with another dealership for two weeks with no results, Chad was able to find my truck and get to his lot and sold to me in 48 hours! More
