He was persistent in making the sale but not in a way that was offending. I did not much care for the long wait for the finance department but understand the busy day that they had. Many people were waiting for the finance department at a late hour and free pizza was delivered to those waiting. I thought that was a nice gesture on the part of the dealership. I can tell you that my sale would not have happened today without the effort of the salesman. In addition to his effort, the effort of the finance group to lower my percentage for the loan was key. Having poor credit I very much appreciate their ability to get me qualified. I am not sure why it took two visits today to get the price right and the percentage of the loan lowered but I am happy that we all stuck with it. More

Later on a return trip to purchase Randall Swindell filled in for Jim as he was absent due to daughter having a baby. Randall got us the price we asked for and then turned us over to Bob Little who then got us a great interest rate! Jim took care of some "we owe" items, and then had car detailed and ready for our pick up. Great team work! More
