After talking with Doreen about 5-10 minutes, I felt that I could trust her as a very honest person, I was not just another sale to Doreen, Did not care for the new one I drove and seen a CPO 2013, drove and loved it.. Doreen did everything to make sure I was happy. I think she would have washed my truck after closing time that very "Hot" Texas Saturday night to see me drive it home that night if 5star would have let her do that.. Both of these people were wonderful!! Crystal helped get the price down to make it more affordable (which was a godsend) and she made the overall experience incredibly fast and easy!! Tut was wonderful-very patient and friendly and so incredibly helpful! (he was kinda pushy on the warranty I didn't get and according to my credit union contact-ultimately useless- though) Overall-I love my pre owned car and I would come back and work with Crystal and Tut again and would recommend others to do the same! Since what I was looking for was not at the lot we looked online and were able to find a vehicle at a sister lot that matched what I was looking for. John and Crystal moved quickly to make sure we got the car at this lot immediately. John was very patient and took his time listening to us and understanding what we wanted. Crystal stepped in as needed to provide feedback and get the paper work moving along. This was the 1st experience I've ever had that I was not stressed or pushed to buy at a car dealer. Although the team I worked with was short handed they did everything to make sure it was still a pleasant experience. Oh and let's not forget Anthony! He also did a great job listening and understanding our bottom line. He was friendly and gave us the peace of mind we needed. Best dealership I have been too! This was the 9th Ford vehicle I have purchased in the past 12 years. I have used auto brokers and have purchased directly from dealers. I have to say This was the 9th Ford vehicle I have purchased in the past 12 years. I have used auto brokers and have purchased directly from dealers. I have to say that Five Star Ford and Alfred know what customer service is and will go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot so they did a dealer trade with another local dealership. The day after I got my car I noticed that all the windows had been etched with a number. A service I didn’t purchase nor did I want. I called Alfred and he said don’t worry about it we want you to be happy, I will take care of it, and told me to come by the next day. I met with Alfred and Jeff who said the dealership they got the vehicle from must have done it and they apologized for it. They then offered to find me another car just like it without the etching. At this point I am already amazed that a dealership would be willing to do that after all the paperwork had been signed. So I go home and the next day receive a message from Alfred that they found me another car and it would be ready for me to pick up the following day. I still couldn't believe that they care that much for customer satisfaction. The new car was perfect and exactly what I wanted. They have defiantly got a customer for many years to come. More
