I was treated like royalty! I went in to the dealership to see a vehicle I wanted on AutoTrader. I did find the vehicle and took it for a test drive. The vehicle drove fine, but I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger. I was greeted by Doreen Parker at the dealership and she was a real pleasure to work with. I came back 10 days after my initial visit to purchase the vehicle, but learned it wasn't available due to mechanical issues they did not know about on my initial drive, even though the vehicle ran fine. Just the simple fact that they wouldn't sell a vehicle they new had problems spoke to me quite a bit. Mrs. Parker was happy to work with me to find a comparable vehicle and very patient. I had told her my needs and concerns and she never pressured me to spend more than I could afford. I did find a better vehicle that suited my needs perfectly. Even though it cost more than I had initially intended to spend, it had 30K LESS miles on it and had better gas mileage. Doreen let me test drive all I wanted and I never had any pressure to purchase at all. Coming to Five Star Ford was a blessing to me and I never expected such low pressure and professionalism. I'm so glad I went. More

Per Chad, the vehicle was being detailed/gone over by mechanic while we spoke. Chad later left a message telling me he tried to call (no missed calls here) and that they sold the car to someone else in the middle of our transaction. Poor, poor business IMO! You don't go back on a deal once made. More

We are previous customers that had bought a vehicle from Joshua Fichter many years ago. Even though Joshua is now in a management position, he was willing to speak to us and help us along in this buying decision. Our sales rep, Josh Howell was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He took the time to review the entire vehicle before we left the lot, and was able to answer all of our questions. Additionally, working with Anthony Snyder was an easy and enjoyable experience. Anthony is very intelligent and polite. Overall, our experience is more than a 5 - maybe a 10!! I visited two other dealers and received offer, but Jeff was able to match and beat purchase price very quickly without trying. To sweat me out. The finance folks were also able to make a call in to FOrd Credit to reduce my rate from 3.9 to 1.9 to make the deal in one visit. Great service all around! More
Used Vehicle Review - 2013 Mustang This was my first experience at Five Star Ford. Randall was a very good salesman, friendly, and easy to talk with. Being that i was buying a used vehi This was my first experience at Five Star Ford. Randall was a very good salesman, friendly, and easy to talk with. Being that i was buying a used vehicle I took a lot of time to look over the vehicle to check for any issues. It was very hot outside, but Randall did a very good job letting me look at everything i needed to. He even moved the car into the shade while i did my inspection. All of the issues i found, Five Star Ford agreed to fix, which met my expectations. The price of the vehicle was basically the Kelly Blue Book value*. So no complaints there. It was mentioned that the MSRP of the car new was around $30k (2013 model), back when it was originally on the lot. I'm not quite sure where that number came from, since the 2014 equivalent was no where near that number. That fact didn't really matter since the actual price i was paying was close to what i felt was a fair price. The whole ordeal took about 4 hours, from arriving to driving the new car off the lot. A good chunk of that time was due to my slow inspection of the vehicle and the fact i looked at multiple vehicles. The whole experience was enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and they took the time to answer all my questions. I did get the sense that if i came back later with any issues i found they would make it right. I got the sense that there reputation means a lot to them, and they would go that extra mile for the customer. For my protection, they had no issue putting in writing the additional services we agreed to. If I am still in the area next time I need to buy another vehicle, I wouldn't even have to think twice about where i would go. *The reason i gave 3 stars for "Price" was because I paid the average value for the car. If i was given a price below the going average then it would have merited a 4 or 5 star. (They did tow my old car 37 miles to my house for free, but thankfully it was free... the experience with that towing company was horrible) More
"Sister Stores" I purchased my Ford F150 July 1st 2013 and need to go back to have my auto butler reapplied but i have recently moved to Grapevine and did not really I purchased my Ford F150 July 1st 2013 and need to go back to have my auto butler reapplied but i have recently moved to Grapevine and did not really want to drive all the way to NRH since there are closer 5 star ford locations. I called the Lewisville location and they don't even have the auto butler service so I called the Carrollton location. The service rep had no customer service and told me that i could bring my truck in but i would have to pay for the chemicals to get the auto butler reapplied to my truck even though i have already paid for it when i purchased my truck. When i told him i already paid for it he explained that i only paid for it at the NRH location so i commented on the fact that both of the dealerships are 5 star ford owned by Sam Pack. The service rep then went on to give me this huge explanation on how each dealership is an individual company within it self because the state of Texas will not allow the owner to have multiple Sam Pack 5 star ford locations blah blah blah. Upon hearing this I called the NRH location and spoke to Jonathan Pankrez, who always provides top notch customer service and always takes care of me. I explained to him the situation and he went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and he is the reason that I don't mind driving all the way to the NRH location. Jonathan makes sure that he makes every single one of his clients feel valued and appreciated and he is the prime example of why the NRH location is the best location in DFW. If the "sister stores" were smart they would have all their employees try and emulate Jonathan so they could be as successful as the NRH location. I will continue to make the drive to the NRH location so that I will keep receiving top notch customer service that i have become accustomed to thanks to individuals like Jonathan. More

In particular we have worked with Lee Clanton several times and he is a HUGE part of why we shop there. If Lee were to move to a different dealership, we would follow him. He has always treated us with respect, and he always tells us the truth. Even when we don't really want to hear it. We just purchased a new F-150, and Lee stuck with us to make sure we bought the right truck.. not just any truck. Also, Jimmie Mathews went through the vehicle step by step with us and made sure we were completely satisfied. He was patient, and helpful with Sync - and all other features of the truck. Great experience all around. Thanks again, Five Star Ford!!! More

The fiancé guy lied to me a couple of times. I had to go in a couple of days later and a different fiancé guy helped me and I fell I received a fair deal. It was the salesman day off and he came in to make the deal so he went above to make the deal work More
