Sync system was on the fritz. Jimmie Mathews performed his magic and the phone works again. Took extra time to further explain the Sync programs. Thank you Jimmie. I was having some vibration in the steering when going over some rough spots in the freeways/highways. I visited with the shop manager. He immediately put me in touch with the technician that was going to perform the testing/inspection of my truck. The tech listened, explained what he had witnessed historically with this same description. He advised me he would do a test drive and report back to me. The tech visited with me later and explained his findings, what he did to solve the issue and why he did what he did. Bottom line, parts were installed and I did not experience the vibration on the way home (about 12 miles on surface streets/freeways). This dealership continues to be on top of their game. We inquired about an SUV we had researched online. He looked it up, located it, and we took it for a test drive. During the drive he did not pressure us, but answered all of our questions. Once we decided to purchase, he handled the particulars smoothly and quickly. He also located a mat we wanted for the cargo area in house before we even left the dealership! As far as these things go, our experience at this dealership was exceptional. Also, though I can't remember his name, your finance associate was courteous and lightning fast. I also should mention that the receptionist was friendly and making fresh coffee as I was making myself a cup. My husband and I agree that this was a very positive buying experience. More

I am one of th I recently purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse from your dealership and wanted to let you know about my experience at your dealership. I am one of those buyers that purchases a new car every 2 years and have never received the great customer service that I did from your dealership. The last vehicle we purchased was from Bankston Ford and the buying experience was a nightmare. We spent 6 hours at the dealership and when we got to finance the numbers that the salesperson gave us were not the same as the numbers they had in finance. So as you can imagine I was dreading going to a dealer to make my next purchase. Our sales person was Wayne Biggers. He didn’t pressure sale us, for a matter of fact he did the opposite. He made the comment several time “the decision was up to us.” After the test drive we sat down with Wayne to go over the numbers. He told us from the very beginning that he would work with us the best he could and that this dealership wouldn’t mess us around. Honestly I thought it was too good to be true. Keep in mind, I usually buy cars from the “normal” dealerships you know the ones that write everything down on one of those papers with 4 squares that are designed to completely confuse the consumer and then periodically disappears to discuss the amount with some person you never get to meet. To my surprise Wayne never used one of those dreaded “four square” papers, Wayne was telling the truth. He was very straight forward with us and never tried to confuse us, he kept it simple. We even had a prior bank approval but we took Wayne’s advice and went through your finance department which gave us an even lower interest rate. When we went to finance, we continued to question this almost “too good to be true experience.” Once again Five Star Ford exceeded our expectations. The numbers were EXACTLY what Wayne told us down to the penny. Even the finance person didn’t try to pressure sale us. He gave us the facts, told us the pros and cons and let us make the decision. I am so happy to finally have a dealership that truly puts their customers first. I am sure this will be the first of many purchases we will make with Five Star Ford. I went to a few dealerships before deciding to place a special order (I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere in Texas or in surrounding states!); Five I went to a few dealerships before deciding to place a special order (I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere in Texas or in surrounding states!); Five Star Ford is the only one that wasn't the stereotypical dealership where we sit in one room and several "managers" filter in and out trying to pressure you into various things. I walked in knowing the price that would be offered (and it wasn't MSRP minus rebates, which is the BS other dealerships started at with me), it honestly was a fair price based on my research and equal to/better than the price I negotiated at another dealership for the same car. I would recommend Five Star Ford and Sherri to anyone looking for a used car - or a new Ford. More

From the moment we walked onto the lot and Jim Fairweather greeted us our shopping experience just got better and better. We actually had no intention of buying a vehicle on this day, but because of the superb salesmanship of Jim we walked away with a nearly new vehicle. Jim was considerate, listened to our list of needs, and didn't bother us with vehicles that were not in our "range". This was a refreshing experience. His knowledge of his product was outstanding and he pointed out advantages for us, (as older buyers) that most would have just left out. Once we had decided to buy we were taken to "Tut". What a great man. He gave us so many options, and explained each one completely. His knowledge of finance was excellent, and he took the time to take us through the different services offered and the advantages/disadvantages as they related to "us". We have recommended this dealership to all our friends and family. These people and this dealership provided the absolute BEST experience we have ever had in buying a vehicle. More
