Alfred met my father and I out in the lot while we were looking to see what exactly I was wanting. He was quick to grab a set of keys so I could test drive what I picked out. After the test drive we went inside to work out the price then I received a text that I needed to pick up my twin seven year old boys. Once I had them picked up and made it back to the dealership Alfred remembered me and had everything readily available so we could work out the price. During the negotiation and working out the financing Alfred was very helpful in keeping my boys entertained. After we had all that worked out he sent me to Tut Edwards office were we finished up all the paperwork. Tut is very good at what he does. He does a good job at suggesting and not pressuring the many add ons that can run up the price of the vehicle. He was able to get the interest rate that I was comfortable with. I will recommend these guys at Five Star Ford to all my friends and family. More

My Dream Car!! I was very specific on what I wanted. I looked at my local Ford deal ship and the day I planned on buying, no one helped my husband and I when we were I was very specific on what I wanted. I looked at my local Ford deal ship and the day I planned on buying, no one helped my husband and I when we were there for an hour! We called Five Star and found out that they did not have what we wanted. About 30 minutes later, we got a call back from Chad telling us he found my car and could get it there that night. They sent someone during rush hour traffic to get my car for me. I can't thank them all enough for the hard and fast work they put into finding my car. It was even more amazing than I could have dreamed. Everyone from the time we arrived till the time we left was so nice. Chad was exceptional!! I don't know who else would have helped me so much! Thanks to all who were involved!!! More

She held my hand and walked me through the whole thing, answered all my questions, and seemed genuinely eager to please. I was referred to Five Star Ford by my loan officer at the American Airlines Federal Credit Union, Miriam Carrasquillo, but since I live in Denton, I decided to try the closer dealerships first. That was a mistake. Compared to the professionalism of the staff at Five Star Ford, the other two I visited were neither knowledgeable nor up to the challenge of dealing with someone (me) who knew exactly what he wanted and how much he was willing to pay. That I ended up at Five Star Ford was my reward for the trials I found at the other two places. Buying a car is not a process I enjoy, but Crystal and the rest made it as painless as they possibly could. I am a firm believer in word-of-mouth, and I will be singing the praises of Five Star Ford for years to come. More
