He helped me find what I was looking for over the phone/email because of our situation with my son being in the hospital. He was professional, transparent and did his best to help me find the perfect truck that fit my financial situation and once we agreed to everything he had all the paper work ready to sign when we got there. Al was awesome, he held my hand and helped me through every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable about the care I purchased and made sure I understood all the features. I have dealt with other deal every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable about the care I purchased and made sure I understood all the features. I have dealt with other dealerships but Al goes above and beyond. I will definitely be sure to go back to him when I am ready for another or additional vehicle. Tut in finance was great I have never experienced such kindness and he is a hoot. He made sure I understood everything I was signing and went over each document carefully. I cannot believe he made the process so easy; I am over the moon with his service.
