This is the third time that we have purchased a vehicle from Alfred. He was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty in seeing that we got the vehicle that we wanted at the price we could afford. He from Alfred. He did not pressure us but answered all our questions, showed us several vehicles which we took out for test rides, and even let us walk away and think on it overnight when we could not find what we were looking for. On our return he continued to work with us to secure the vehicle we wanted. We left with a car that was four years newer than our old one with more options and at a monthly rate which was slightly lower than what we were paying for our current vehicle. And all that with NO out of pocket money from us. More

This is our second vehicle purchased with Carlos, he is GREAT! I came in to drive a Taurus, didn't work out, told Carlos what my 2nd choice was. I was in the market to buy a new Ford Fusion. I did all my "pre-buying" homework and knew what I wanted. Looking at dealerships came next; Five Star in North Richland Hills had the selection and so I cont my "pre-buying" homework and knew what I wanted. Looking at dealerships came next; Five Star in North Richland Hills had the selection and so I contacted them. I emailed the Internet sales team and Jim Rich immediately replied and assured me that he was the person to put me in the car I wanted. I gave him a little bit of a hard time in my email, telling him that my time was valuable to me and I didn't want to sit at the dealership all day. He did a great job lining up a few vehicles for me to test drive and I was sold within 90 minutes. I picked my car and returned the next business day to sign documents, give them my trade in and pick up my fantastic new Fusion. It was fast friendly and not stressful in the least.
