This was the second purchase of a new vehicle that I bought through Five Star Ford. This was also my second experience with Sherri Goodwin. Even though Rick Dike was in the middle of a busy day and I walked into the dealership without a formal appointment, he nevertheless made me feel as though I was his only client for the afternoon. He coordinated the test drive, we discussed options and cost, the truck I wanted was available on the lot, he coordinated my trade in, and I left with a new truck and the feeling that I had received outstanding customer service. I have to specifically also mention Bob Little, who handled financial paperwork with terrific efficiency and a kind demeanor. And Kolynn Smith was fantastic as he spent a lot of time helping introduce me to the truck features and reviewing the complexities of the SYNC system and navigation system as well as general tips and tricks for using the new truck. Greg did a nice job. I came in to look at a used car and went home with a new car. I did not believe it would be possible to work a deal but Greg was able to get it done.
