William spent hours making sure my experience was incredible! He personally stayed with the vehicle I was purchasing through its inspection, tire replacement, and preparation. He was very patient and accommodating answering all of my questions. I was also impressed with the financing options they offered and the staff, Mark Ake and M.M. Ross, who helped me with that process. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond all reasonable expectations. Overall, I had an excellent experience at FIVE STAR FORD NORTH RICHLAND HILLS and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
