I have given the rating I have because I feel like Diron was honest and up front with us. I have used Marisa on several other puchases and she has always been so great to work with. This time I was on the fence about which car to purchase, looking at three of them. She listened to what I really wanted in a car and lead me to my new car that I love! We had a fabulous experience at 5 Star Ford! Daryn was awesome and answered every question we all had about the Ford Focus. We were able to drive the car and check out every bell and whistle. He introduced us to our finance guy who was also amazing!! Daryn gave us options on things we could add to the car and then helped us make am amazing deal adding some of the options we were interested in. He introduced us to the person who made the appointment for adding those options. Basically, Daryn took us step by step through the process of buying the car. We were extremely satisfied and have told everyone we know how awesome Daryn and 5 Star Ford is! As soon as we are in the position to buy another vehicle - we will be going back to 5 Star Ford and seeking Daryn out to buy our next Ford! We are definitely a FORD family!!
