My visit was a pleasurable experience. Chad understood the extras that I wanted on the car and took his time to find it at another location. I came in with my older parents and the dealership team, finance and Chad Ritter were very patient and went over the paperwork so we could all understand the costs. I also appreciated Chad Ritter taking over from the greeter at the door who was not experienced with the knowledge of the Ford Focus. I first went to the Ford dealership in Frisco and was not impressed at all. The salesman that came up to us was not professional and did not go out of his way to find a vehicle. The vehicles on the lot was not any that I was interested in and he never suggested he could look elsewhere and have it brought over. More
On Feb 11, 2012 I contacted Jason Howell directly regarding a F-150 SuperCrew XL Lariat 4X4 fully equipped. After a brief discussion I set a time to meet him the same day. He was promt, punctual, courtious, and carried a customer first candor about him. We went for a spin in the truck in which I was well pleased. After cutting to the bottom line, I made the decision to purchase this truck. Jason took care of things behind the scenes for me while I was in the final stages of making the purchase. I had requested a few things to be added to the vehicle which would need to be done on a different day (such as bed coating, window tinting, auto butler, and a security tracking system). Jason Howell again to care of things behind the scenes while that was being done for me. Jason Howell is a true professional and a great representative of 5 Star Ford! I was so impressed that the following Saturday I requested to meet with the General Manager and voiced my positive experience with him. When I am ready to purchase another Ford, I certainly hope that Jason Howell still selling cars and also with 5 Star Ford. The entire experience was Great! Thank you Jason, and thank you 5 Star Ford. I just bought a 2012 Ford Edge on 25Feb12 at 5StarFord in North Richland Hills. This is the third vehicle purchased from 5StarFord. Doreen Parker worked with me on the previous vehicle, but she was busy with another customer when I first came in. Chad Ritter stepped in and took care of me showing another model I thought I was interested in until I drove the Edge. I traded in a vehicle and got a fair price. I also got a fair deal on the new vehicle. Chad handled most of the paperwork and then Doreen came back and finished up with me with the driveaway of the new vehicle. Cooperation between these two salespersons was seamless and professional. I appreciate their good attitude during the process. I would and probably will purchase another vehicle from 5StarFord. I drove into your dealership looking for a new vehicle. I have always been a Ford man and wanted to get a new Ford F-150, super crew. I was pleased with the friendliness and overall hospitality of 5 Star Ford. Alfred assurred me that he would do whatever it took to take of me and the things I was looking for in a new truck. I was not disappointed. It was well after 10pm when my daughter and I left Friday night, 2/17/12. Before pulling out Alfred assisted me in Syncing my phone and downloading my phone book into my new truck. My overall experience with 5 Star Ford was so satisfying that I have already been speaking to my friends and fellow workers and praising your dealership. The only difficulty I encountered with Alfred was his accent. He was at times difficlut to understand, but we got thru that as well. I would like to add that Ashley in After market sales was very friendly and helpful. Someone needs to address this with her supervisor. She went out of the way to assist me on Wednesday, 2/22/12 when I brought my truck back in to have the liner applied and the cover put on the bed of my truck. She was not only knowledgeable and helpful but very courteous. She even called me later in the day to say their part was completed and that my truck was still being detailed and would set up a pickup to come get me when I got finished with work. The pickup was scheduled for 6pm. The only downside to this whole day was receiving a call from the driver at 6:08 pm stating they had not left the dealership and would soon be on their way. I had things I needed to take care of so I got one of my supervisors to drop me off at the dealership so I could pick up my truck. I shouldn't have had to do that. I will conclude by saying again that I was and still am very satisfied with my experience with 5 Star Ford and would highly recommend your dealership to anyone interrested in purchasing a vehicle, new or used. Every time we walked up to the door of the dealership, someone greeted us with a smile, opened the door for us, and asked how they could help us. We had just began our shopping for a new vehicle and were someone greeted us with a smile, opened the door for us, and asked how they could help us. We had just began our shopping for a new vehicle and were not sure what make or model we wanted. The salesman was patient and went into great detail about the first vehicle we test drove. Then, patiently went into great detail about the second vehicle we test drove. After each test drive we discussed all aspects of that vehicle (including price) at length in his office. We took at least half of his day, but left without making a purchase to look at other makes and models because we felt we needed to check them out to make sure we were getting what we really wanted at a price we really wanted to pay. After an exhaustive search, we returned to the dealership the following week. We test drove the vehicle we had decided on again. We discussed the vehicle in his office again and again he was very patient with us. There was no high pressure salesmanship employed. No one tried to rush us into making a decision. The discussion of price was amazing in that they beat what we expected the price to be and the vehicle had more features than what we had expected. Once we agreed to purchase the vehicle, there were options that we could purchase beyond the actual vehicle itself. Again, there was no pressure to buy anything. Each option was explained to us to allow us to grasp a full understanding of the product, but if our answer was "no thank you," we moved on to the next topic--no pressure. Everyone we dealt with had a smile and warm attitude toward us. And, everyone was very accommodating. Before we left with the vehicle, the salesman went over features with us and helped us to set up everything to our specifications. In thirty plus years of driving and purchasing several new vehicles, this was the first time we have ever done so without all of the stress, pressure, headache and confusion that we had experienced in previous purchases. Instead, we felt welcome and confident that we had made the right choice and paid the right price and that future contacts with them will be equally as pleasant. More

I had a great sales experience at Five Star Ford thanks to the efforts of Carlos Hernandez. I was interested in a particular vehicle and I was turned over to Carlos as he was the most knowledgeable on tha to the efforts of Carlos Hernandez. I had done allot of research but still had questions and Carlos and I talked for at least 45 minutes reviewing all the unique features and capabilities of the vehicle. He was very smart on the car and if he didn't know the answer he had no problem bringing in other folks to make sure I got the info I needed (Adam - I'm sorry I forgot his last name but he runs the SNYC classes - was very helpful). When the time came we sat down to talk and Carlos flat out worked his butt off making this deal happen. He was always friendly and never pressured me as he worked to get the deal I wanted. I could not be happier with my purchase, I got the exact car I wanted for the price I walked in the door wanting to pay...THANK YOU CARLOS!! I would definitely recommend this dealership and I hope I get the chance to send some folks Carlos's way when it time for them to buy a Ford. I am officially back in the Ford family! More
