I TOOK IN MY SONS 2011 F-250 TO GET FUEL FILTERS CHANGED, AND TO HAVE A KEY MADE AND THE KEYS PROGRAMED TO THE TRUCK. THE TRUCKED WAS DROPED OFF AT 7am JAMES TOLD ME THE TRUCK WOULD BE READY IN 2hrs WHEN I C AND TO HAVE A KEY MADE AND THE KEYS PROGRAMED TO THE TRUCK. THE TRUCKED WAS DROPED OFF AT 7am JAMES TOLD ME THE TRUCK WOULD BE READY IN 2hrs WHEN I CALLED 3hrs LATER THE TRUCK WAS NOT READY. HE THEN SAID HE HAD TO ORDER THE KEY BLANK BUT IT WOULD BE READY BY 1pm AT THE LATESTED. I CALLED AT 10min TO ONE AND WAS TOLD THE TRUCK WOULDN'T BE READY TILL 2pm. I GREW TIRED OF BEING LIED TO EVERY TIME I CALLED. SO WENT AND PICKED UP THE TRUCK.AND THE KEY STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS CALL AND SAY WE DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE READY NOT KEEP LYING ABOUT WHEN IT WOULD BE READY. THEY NEVER CALLED TO UPDATE ME ON THE TRUCK I DID ALL THE CALLING. I DON'T TRUST THEM AS FAR AS I COULD THROW THIS TRUCK. More

I was referred to the dealership by Jerry Reynolds, the Car Pro. They found exactly what I was looking for even though they had to get it from another dealership. They started with a price that was well below MSRP and then subtracted the financing incentives from that. I bought a F-350 DRW. They gave me the price ahead of time and I called a few other dealerships to compare it. The finance department was also very helpful explaining what the cheapest options were for the purchase. When I left with the truck, they had also filled the tank. Great group of guys. More

I am 65 years old and Five Star Ford has made this the best vehicle buying experience of my life. This attitude contrasted with other dealerships that tried to push me into a particular vehicle or a quick decision. When Jason was tied up with other customers, he made sure that other employees (Mark or Adam) were available to answer my questions. I was really impressed with the spirit of teamwork at this dealership. Even after the sale, Five Star Ford checked in with me to assure that I was satisfied with the purchase and to answer any questions I had on my new truck. The quality of the truck exceeded my expectations and I like it more and more each day since my purchase. This is my first Ford vehicle since 1986, but right now I can't see me buying anything else. I am already looking forward to buying a Ford car for my wife. I would highly recommend Ford and particularily this dealership. More
