I truly do not have one complaint about our experience. I do have one suggestion - as a WOMAN - I found it intimidating to pull up in the parking spot and have 6-7 salesmen standing there in front of my car, waiting to grab a customer.... they were all friendly, but again, as a WOMAN, I found myself not wanting to open the car door and get out to go and do business with Justin, whom I was there to see for my Flex. Arriving at Five Star N Richland Hills, we were greeted with genuine friendliness by a rep when we walked to the main entrance. This was our 3rd car purchase through Rick Dike; the only sales rep we've done business with in the last 11 yrs. Although it's been 9 yrs since our last purchase, when I contacted Rick on Wed 11/16/11, he remembered that we live in Flower Mound. He went to work for us right away and delivered more than we expected in value, vehicle quality and professionalism. Rick is an exemplary individual and sales person, a professional who enjoys his work and likes people. We are planning another vehicle purchase for our son in 2012, 3rd Quarter, at Five Star N. An inquiry was made last Sunday night. By mid-morning Monday, I had an e-mail from Rick Dike, Sales Manager at Five Star in North Richland Hills. Rick and I communicated via text and e-mails as I was out of town on a business trip. By Tuesday morning, Rick had set aside the vehicle I described, a Lariat 4X4 with the EcoBoost engine, given me the pricing and then waited for me to get back in town. This morning (Friday), my wife and I made our way to Five Star, a 70 mile trip, and the real amazement began. Rick Dike was there waiting for us and handed us off to Lee Clanton, the Guru of SYNC! Lee showed us the vehicle and demonstrated the SYNC capabilities. We were introduced to Bob Little, our Business Manager, and proceeded through the most painless paperwork session we've ever encountered! After the paperwork was done, Rick and Terry Rich were waiting for us. What an experience! Those are real people and they treated us like real people! Lee gave us an intense course on the SYNC system which, in and of itself, is amazing. He even called us on our way home, as a test, to determine if we knew how to use the system. More

Unlike one of your competitors, Josh Ingram paid attention to our requirements for a new Super Duty F-350. He didn't try to sell us more truck than we felt we needed. He was very responsive during t attention to our requirements for a new Super Duty F-350. He didn't try to sell us more truck than we felt we needed. He was very responsive during the negotiation process, and came back with a price we could not pass up, even though we had planned to go look at GMC pickups. Needless to say, we passed on GMC, and purchased the F-350 about an hour after walking into the dealership. The key was he listened to us, and got us a price we could handle. We also purchased the Maintenance and the Service plans. We felt that the options were explained to us in an understandable manner, and there was no pressure to buy. We needed some accessories, i.e. bed liner and transfer of a 5th wheel trailer hitch. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. We will be very happy if our future relationship with Service is as satisfactory. The ability to schedule an appointment on line is a great feature. Also, the class on Sync is a great idea. My last purchase at 5 Star was in 1997 (I still have that F-150). The buying experience has improved since then. The dealership has a different feel now than it did then. I'm looking forward to working with the Service Department to keep our truck in top towing shape. More
