Buying this 2012 Mustang for my daughters' 16th birthday via the dealer's internet sight was a breeze. I was given the price of the car and told what rebates applied to the purchase. The salesperson emailed me a drive off price including TT&L. I had been researching prices for the Mustang. Right off the bat, the price was the best I had seen. I advised Sherri that I would bring my daughter by the dealership to see and drive the car. When we arrived, the car had already been through the make ready department, and was sparkling clean. I had not even told Sherri if we were going to purchase the car yet. We were looking. My daughter loved the car, and we made the decision to make the purchase. Total time at the dealership, including the test drive and a tour of the service department, 90 minutes, and we drove off in a new Mustang. I will make my future automobile purchases via the internet. More

This was a good car buying experience. We had a similar experience with 5 Star Ford eight years ago buying our last new car. He insisted on our test driving everything we mentioned and remained patient through our disagreement on which car to buy (we bought the one the wife wanted, of course.) When I had a doubt about something the finance person said, I even ended up speaking to Mr. Rich, the General Manager who was helpful and clarified my misunderstanding without making me feel like a dummy. At this point, I see no reason I would ever consider going anywhere else to buy. More

(Which we did make in BOTH instances) Extended warranty and extras were only what WE wanted. (GAP insurance, etc.) Sales personnel 'TUT' & Ollie were top notch to say the least. Andrew & Bob in finance were EQUALLY as personable and professional! OVERALL - Getting the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted while being treated like a person...... simply the best! More
