I purchased a brand new 2010 F-150 FX2 Sport. My experience with 5 Star was magnificent from start to finish. I met with James Garrett and told him what I was interested in. The sale of the vehicle took too long. When i arrived i had the stock # of the vehicle i wanted to purchase. I was shown other vehicles and Test Drove 2 vehicles while i was there. In summary i walked in w/ a 792 credit score and new the stock # of the vehicle i was looking for. It still took 4 hours for me to get out of there. More

I have never purchased a new vehicle that I "found" online until this new F-150 from Five Star Ford. Their internet manager, Mark Lancaster, treated me with respect from the beginning on. There was a truck in particular that I liked but it had already sold, so Mark found one with the exact features except the color and offered me the same promotional pricing even though that unit was not on sale at the same price. Mark was the lowest pressure salesperson I've ever dealt with. The finance department was excellent as well. I called and Talked to Jeff Crabtree on the phone and explained to him exactly what I wanted. He let me know that he is the sales manager and that he would pass the info on to Jim Rich. They even went out of their way to make sure that all of my add ons were done on the same day as I had a pretty long drive. These guys are true professionals.
