Had done my homework on new Mustang pricing and incentives and Five Star Ford in NRH had car in color/configuration I was looking for. I appreciated the "no hassle" approach and when I visited Five Star Ford later that day there was never any pressure to buy the car. Instead the features of the car were patiently explained by Jason and i could immediately take it for a test drive. I decided to buy the car and the ppwk was ready very quickly and in just 30 minutes I was on my way. I wanted to pick up the car the next day which was no issue at all and when I arrived at the time we agreed on, the car was all detailed and ready to go waiting for me in front of the dealership. First view of your dealership was Chevar Bryson with a big grin and an extended hand.....very friendly and personable, easy to talk to and a lot of fun. Stopped to get some direction at one point from the receptionist.....smiling, friendly, personable, helpful....mad my wife and I feel right at home later after completing our deal with Chevar and Gary, we were introduced to Anthony. Friendly, helpful, courteous....he helped to expedite the closing and complete the process on our timetable. Bottom line......what I have always wanted to see in a dealership.....a no nonsense, expedited business experience while still taking the time to be personal, friendly, and genuine nice folks. More
