I've been buying cars for 30 years, and while I always enjoy having a new car when the time comes, I always dread the "games" that are played in nearly every dealersh cars for 30 years, and while I always enjoy having a new car when the time comes, I always dread the "games" that are played in nearly every dealership I've ever done business with. 5 Star Ford didn't put me through the tedious back and forth process that has been inevitable in every other purchase I've ever made. Jim Rich, my salesman, gave me a straight-forward price on the advertised truck, as well as honest information about the vehicle I was trading in. The price I paid was the price we discussed, and the truly amazing part was that we did this deal from 250 miles away! I drove up to North Richland Hills from San Angelo, and was in and out of the dealership in the shortest amount of time it's ever taken me. I loved the experience.
