We had been referred to Justin through a friend that HIGHLY recommended him. My husband called the day we decided to go up to the dealership to take a look, Justin was very friendly and accommodating ab HIGHLY recommended him. My husband called the day we decided to go up to the dealership to take a look, Justin was very friendly and accommodating about being available to work with us when we arrived. We arrived and about 1 minute after asking for him he appeared and immediately showed us to the trucks we were interested in viewing also explaining the differences between the two models (F150 FX2 and F150 XLT). We quickly found a FX2 that was a great deal and exactly what we had been looking for (black, sporty, 4 door, roomy, GOOD price). We all proceeded to go inside (did not stay out in the heat long, he was VERY considerate that I am pregnant and the heat can easily get to me), he asked us to sit in his office while he went to get the truck ready to test drive, he offered us a drink while we waited. About 2 minutes later we were test driving without Justin and were able to really explore the truck and discuss the value openly with each other. When we cam back to the dealership Justin quickly went through the pricing explaining how we could get the maximum rebates on the truck and estimating the pricing with our trade in. With very little haggling we got the price we wanted for our trade in, the overall price on the truck we wanted! He made the entire negotiation take about 20 minutes!!! Much better than our last time at another dealership that negotiated for 5 hours!!! While they were finishing detailing the truck he asked if we would like to go grab a bite to eat instead of waiting (again VERY considerate of my being pregnant!). We left in our trade in car and came back, wrapped up our paperwork with the finance guy (Mo, wonderful guy!) and were done in about an hour after returning. Very friendly staff all around, no long drawn out negotiating, fantastic vehicle out of the whole deal! Could not be happier with our experience! More
I always hate to buy new cars,however this time it was very satisfying. That was because Doreen made it that way. The price was right--the salesperson was right--Jim in finance was right, so we left with our new f150 fx2 truck. We even took it back in and had a blown in bedliner installed. Believe me, I had really shopped around' you were the furthes from my house. When I spoke with Mr. Lintz over the phone he was very kind and not spaeking like a typical salesman. I was refeered to Mr. Lintz by a friend that had purchased a Ford F-150 Lariet a week earlier. And it turned out to be the best purchasing experience I have ever had. Also everyone at the dealership had smiles and making you feel at home. Since the purchase of my Lariet I have had my windows tinted and added a bed liner. More
Jason had sold me without even stepping foot on the dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. With just one call and a last hope to lower my car payment and gasoline bill, Jason renewed my hope. I explained to him how upside down I was in my current vehicle and I did not have any money to put down on a new car. Jason took a few minutes and thought of ways to help me. He suggested I check if my current vehicle had any warranties or GAP insurance I could cancel to get a refund to use as a down payment. This never crossed my mind! The next morning, I met Jason in the showroom. We talked a bit about my situation and then he introduced me to Jeff. They both sat down with me to see what we could figure out. I truly felt they were genuine, in finding a way to help me. I was also introduced to Mr. Ross, a wonderful finance director that again, took time to see what was in my best interest, financially and in a vehicle. Finally, I was able to sit down with Kenny to sign the paperwork on my new Ford Focus! Each one of these gentlemen, went above and beyond and helped me out of a very desperate situation. I could not ask for a better experience and I hold these guys in high regard. Way to go Five Star Ford! More

Roland was excellent. I submitted a request on the internet to several dealerships and Roland answered back very quickly and answered my questions and requests directly. Others needed more information and tried to side-step my questions. Roland and I did most of our deal by email which was my preferred method of communication. We came to an agreement and I came in to drive the car and fill out the paperwork before driving off in my new F-150. Everyone else was very friendly as well and gave us our space when we needed it. I wouldn't hesitate to do this again, in fact my daughter needs a car now and I have an email in to Roland. Thanks again Five Star Ford! More
