I walked out of two Ford dealerships in DFW area due to their xx. I walked in Five Stars Ford, meet Jose Ruiz, and signed the papers 30 minutes later for a new Ford Transit 350 - WITH BETTER PRICE. No back and forth with Let-Me-Check-With-My-Manager xx. Jose made car buying easy! He even went the extra miles to file the papers to get me the discount I wanted. There were a few minor problems with the van after taking it home with unusual noise. I took it back and test drove with Jose. He spotted the issue, took it to service and saw the repair through. He could have just told me to go straight to the service department. He even gave the van a wash and a full tank of gas. Thank you Jose! I really appreciate that. I would work with Jose again for the next Ford vehicle and recommend people to work with him - save yourself the headed of buying vehicle! More

I must have drove them crazy with all the questions I had but they were patient and always responded quickly. When I arrived at 5 Star Ford of Dallas Kim was eagerly waiting. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Kim made sure that the experience went smoothly. It was worth the 5 hour drive to get my 2025 Ford Maverick from them.
