I thought I was going to purchase from Sewel Subaru. I bought from Five Star Suraru. I had talked to 3 Subaru dealers before I spoke with representative at Five Star. 2 of 3 other dealers were more i I bought from Five Star Suraru. I had talked to 3 Subaru dealers before I spoke with representative at Five Star. 2 of 3 other dealers were more interested in selling me add-ons. 1 of 3 other dealers (Sewel), I'm not sure what to say, I indicated my willingness to proceed and purchase, but nothing-nada (factually, still have not heard back, even after I voice mailed and texted salesperson that I would purchase, so I ended up speaking w/dealer #4 - Five Star, glad I did). Our sales rep Jaime was courteous and friendly and helpful. He helped us get the best deals we can get and was there for any questions. The finance manager, Kenny, was also a pleasure to work with.
