Fast and friendly Subaru services, even when they appeared to be overbooked. Waiting area is pretty spacious and they provide snacks and drinks while you wait. The entire process was quick and painless. I preordered a 2024 Crosstrek and I was in the building for maybe an hour before I was driving out with my new car. Jordan was great. He texted me weekly to keep me updated on the progress of my order. When the car arrived he walked me through all of my options and showed me all the features. The finance guys were very nice, everyone there was in a great mood, some of them were singing in the lobby lol. More
