Bought my Ford Explorer used and was told that there were no issues. That it was serviced and everything was fine. I drove it home and it said low tire and needed an oil change. Fine no big deal. Then a week no issues. That it was serviced and everything was fine. I drove it home and it said low tire and needed an oil change. Fine no big deal. Then a week later it started raining and I keep it parked under a carport but it got rained on and the interior cargo lights by the windshield started pouring water. I call the dealership and they said they would have someone look into it. Waited and no return call. A few days later I got in the car while it was raining and water was pouring out of the dash and there was a huge puddle of water in the floorboard. Called the dealership again for three days and no one will respond. Awful customer service. Do not buy from this dealership! More
