I don't know who Doug Laymon is but he called me to find out how my experience was. The only Sales Consultant I worked with was Clay Garrett and he was the BEST! I was met by Ryan, one of the service advisors. Without a service appointment on a Saturday my vehicle was taken into the service bay almost immediately.
