This is our second purchase in a year from Five Star Subaru of Grapevine (first for my son, now for me). Wow. I may never buy a car anywhere else! I emailed the dealership through the car buying p Subaru of Grapevine (first for my son, now for me). Wow. I may never buy a car anywhere else! I emailed the dealership through the car buying program of a local DFW radio personality on Thursday. I didn't hear back so I followed up with them Saturday morning. My initial email must've gotten lost in the interwebs, which is no big deal. It happens. I had a specific 2019 Subaru Outback Limited I was looking at on the Certified Pre-owned lot. Our sales person, Darrell Cooper, jumped on it, trying to help me. He confirmed that particular one was spoken for, but he had a 2018 Subaru Outback Touring (with fewer miles) available for a few hundred dollars less. It was the color I wanted -- and I always wanted the Touring. I just didn't think I'd find it in my price range. Within minutes, Darrell had a video emailed over to me showing me the car. It is gorgeous! We made an appointment to come see it. As soon as we arrived, Darrell took us out to the car and we were off on the test drive. Confirming it was the car we wanted, we went in and discussed pricing/financing. Everything worked like a charm. We talked with Tony Hooman, a general manager for a few minutes. He seems like a great guy. He certainly has hired good people. Then, we visited with Cameron Alexander-Munns in financing, who got us squared away. Three hours after arriving, we drove off in the new-to-us Outback. I cannot say enough good things about the Five Star experience (we purchased a car from another Five Star brand a decade ago and the experience there was similar). These are good people. The service department are good people. We've bought two CPO cars from them and I think they treated us every bit as well as if we had bought factory new. I'm sold on both Subaru and Five Star Subaru. It'll be a couple of years (hopefully) before we're in the market for a new or new-to-us car again, but based on my most recent experiences, Five Star Subaru will be the first place we look! More

I recently purchased my seventh Subaru. The last four have been from Five Star. The sales personnel have been great. The new cars are obviously clean and the used cars have look almost new. The service department has always been super helpful. There is another Subaru dealership closer to home but I prefer Five Star. More

We brought our Outback in for schedule oil change and inspection today without an appointment. We knew that we may have to wait - were told 2 hrs. Since we want to look around the Ascend and the Wild inspection today without an appointment. We knew that we may have to wait - were told 2 hrs. Since we want to look around the Ascend and the Wilderness, we didn't mind it at all. In fact, they were done with our car in an hour. What a great service! But what we love the most is that Marcus (service manager) remember our little dog's name. That's a personal attention to customer. Thanks 5-Star Subaru.
