My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new vehicle due to an accident. We previously had an Outback and thought it was a wonderful vehicle and were committed that we would both stick with a Subaru and due to an accident. We visited with a different Subaru dealership, where we purchased the first Outback and we were not thrilled with the service that dealership was providing in the purchasing process. I made a call to Five Star Subaru to see what their inventory was and got David when I made the call, which ended up being a great option. Not only was David very knowledgeable, but he was very honest, we talked through the different trim options and what that brought to the table in terms of purchase and overall he found the exact car that we were interested in purchasing. Given that this was post-car accident there were some things to work through and David was so helpful in the process. Both David and Five Star earned our business for life, they truly made the car buying experience seamless and painless. I cannot recommend this dealership enough, all the way through, even Derek in Financing was awesome to work with! More
