Clay was very helpful in my decision. I bought a used car here. A day later a service light came on. I was worried about asking the dealership to help out with it since I did buy a 12 ye I bought a used car here. A day later a service light came on. I was worried about asking the dealership to help out with it since I did buy a 12 year old car "as is". I did reach out to Mr. Doug Laymon and he in fact did help me out by resolving my service light issue. Easy Peasy, nice and Breezy! I contacted Darrell at 11 am about the vehicle via phone. He sent me a video he took of the inside and outside of the car. I had a preapproval letter I contacted Darrell at 11 am about the vehicle via phone. He sent me a video he took of the inside and outside of the car. I had a preapproval letter from my lender, Darrell picked me up at my apt 45 min away, and drove me to the dealership to test drive it. The paperwork took 15-20 min, and by 6:30 pm I was on my way home the same day! Easiest car buying experience ever! Thanks, Darrell! More

Time for a new Outback I bought my first Outback with Bill Klozik in 2014 and was happy that he is now at Five Star in Grapevine so I could deal with him again. Fantastic service!! My Dad was ready to buy a new car and was interested in a Subaru for the first time. Gary was very informative and answered all of our questions throughly. Once the decision to purchase was interested in a Subaru for the first time. Gary was very informative and answered all of our questions throughly. Once the decision to purchase was made, Gary again patiently went over the mechanics of the car and then, at our request, went on another test drive to explain the features of our purchase.
