Dear Rachel, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with the vehicle. We understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. To clarify, the vehicle you purchased from us was a 2017 model with over 99,000 miles on it that was sold to you 'as-is’, meaning it was sold in its current condition without any warranties or further obligations on our part to make any repairs. Even so, we did try to resolve some of the issues you brought to our attention after your purchase, including a problem with a tail light, where we said that since you live about 150 miles away to go ahead and have it repaired locally so you could avoid driving all the way back here and we paid for the repair, plus we had your vehicle checked out for the sounds you mentioned regarding your vehicle’s suspension on two different occasions, again at no cost to you. We understand this may not have been the experience you were hoping for, and we do want to address your concerns. We're happy to work with you directly or help you find a qualified mechanic close to you to help you resolve any other issues you may be having. If you'd like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us privately, and we'll be glad to assist you.
