Buying a BMW from Flemington BMW was one of the best decisions! Even though the dealership is over an hour away and we have several BMW dealerships much closer to home, I chose to work with them because decisions! Even though the dealership is over an hour away and we have several BMW dealerships much closer to home, I chose to work with them because of their exceptional customer service and the incredible deal I received on my Certified Pre Owned X1. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Terrill, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was honest, helpful, responsive, and made everything easy and stress free from start to finish. He delivered the car to my house, went over every feature of the car, and really made the experience of buying my X1 enjoyable. I would highly recommend Flemington, and especially Tom, to anyone looking to buy or lease a BMW. The customer service and overall experience were well worth the drive! More

It's easy to say 5 STAR when you buy a new X5 and you are the first :). But, honestly, Anatoly was able to understand exactly what I would like to get. First purchase with Flemington BMW for my 6th BMW vehicle. I will not go anywhere else in the future for BMW's. The dealership is 3+ hours from my home but the personal service from my first online vehicle. I will not go anywhere else in the future for BMW's. The dealership is 3+ hours from my home but the personal service from my first online inquiry to the final signing of documents was top notch. We worked with Ralph on the internet quotes and locating the vehicle we purchased. He was responsive, patient and honest throughout the process. The client advisor, Tom, took the time to explain the warranty and maintenance details and then provided a thorough review of the X5 with humor and professionalism. I never felt rushed and his knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. All of my questions were addressed before I left. The finance side of the transaction was handled by Noha who had excellent customer service and explained all the documents and options for additional maintenance packages. All in all this was the best experience I have had at any dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone. It felt like a solid team effort and family of colleagues working together to provide the best experience to BMW seekers. I walked away with two BMW M mugs and two keychains and must say that has not happened before either. THANK YOU, Team Flemington BMW! More
