That said I called ahead arranged to come in to check out and likely purchase a certified BMW I had been after. A rainy tuesday, I went in like that and left with a brand new vehicle that had just came in and checked every single box. Michael handled this so masterfully, pivoting seamlessly after discovering a brand new arrival that had not even made it to inventory but matched my wishes exactly. To make the process even better, Noha steps in and charms me with her perfect recipe of knowledge and finesse, making what could be the most painful part of a vehicle acquisition the most pleasurable.
