I just can't say enough about his personable and friendly manner and the feeling that Tom is always looking out for you, the customer, above all else. What a refreshing change from other dealers where one is always leery that something is being put over on you. No pressure, no stress, 100% transparency and a good price without having to haggle, threaten or pull the out "walk out" play. Once the deal was made, I was kept updated, almost daily, as the car made its way from Germany to Flemington. Closing was a breeze. The F and I folks, in my case Noah Amin, explained all the available "extras" (e.g. tire protection) but there was absolutely no hard sell.
