I expect to have a difficult time negotiating with the salesman and the manager who like the Wizard of Oz stays behind the curtain until a deal is struck. Imagine my surprise when upon visiting Fleming BMW I had the good fortune to meet Dan Egan. It was soon obvious that while he obviously was there to sell me a car he put my needs first. All my questions were met with understandable answers and from the beginning I had the feeling that my needs were of primary importance not meeting a salesman's quota. In a 50 year span of buying cars this is the first time I was totally at ease dealing with Mr. Egan and as an extension Flemington BMW. I would wholeheartedly recommend family and friends who may be in the market for an auto to seek out Dan Egan. I would be very much at ease if they were to do so. From the treatment I received at the dealership I'm guessing that the rest of the staff is as friendly and knowledgeable as Dan. On the whole it was a totally rewarding experience.
