Dan, Hez, and everyone at the dealership were all helpful from soup to nuts - from my questions and test drives as I decided which electric to go with, to the whole process of formally leasing the car. Dan ran the process like a well-oiled machine, working around my crazy schedule. Hez was (and is) extremely expert in All Things BMW (and can probably explain the cars in his sleep). Jan helped wade through all the fine print in the lease agreement, translating it into English. Even Greg Eckert, who happened to be on the floor that day (and drives an i3), offered to help with any questions! Overall, it was an uncomplicated experience, and that's a good thing. I'm very happy with my i3. I'd also like to call out the very sociable woman who mans the front desk, but unfortunately don't have her name. More
