Two weeks ago I had my car in for service and the loaner was a new 8 series BMW Second car bought here. And the salesman Tom Terrill. is just SUPERB. As a result I had to keep the loaner car an additional two days as I was caught in New York on business and my BMW M4 does not handle snow. They said fine. Not a single push back.
