She has the rare ability to guide the customer through the entire sales process in a friendly, courteous and totally stress-free manner while at the same time being the consummate professional--knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. She knows almost as much about the BMW you are going to buy as the manual itself, and she is very generous in sharing that information with you. She is a skilled negotiator who somehow manages to end up at a price with which you are comfortable and can agree. She adds many personal touches along the way and you feel that you are dealing with a friend and not someone who is trying to "make a sale". I have always loved cars and I love to drive--but buying a new car--not so much. In my 85 years of living I have been to many dealerships and often it's not a pleasant experience. Without hesitation I can say that Flemington BMW is by far the best dealership of any brand that I have done business with. It seems that all the employees that I met so far are cut from the same cloth. They appear to have just two goals in mind--(1) to make this the best car buying experience of your life and (2) to put you in the BMW of your dreams--and they achieve both. Flemington BMW is truly a different breed of dealership. I returned recently to lease another M3 from my client adviser, the exceptional Tom Terrill. I can not overstate what a pleasure it is doing business with Tom. Personable, low pressure, an encyclopedic knowledge of the product (and process) and timely updates at every stage of the transaction. You always feel that Tom is looking out for you, the customer, as his first priority. Settlement was, again, a quick and pleasant process. Rebecca "Becky" Kosar, the F and I manager, makes one aware of all the the usual "add-ons" but leaves it up to the customer which ( if any) to choose, a far cry from most dealerships' hard sell efforts with such products.
