Dana works to have multiple services performed on my cars with as little inconvenience to me as possible. For example, I brought my X5 in for service & mentioned a small dent on the side; Dana made sure it was fixed before I picked up my car the next day. Patience is a virtue. Bill was great when we went in. He was working with another couple but letting us know he was avalable for questions. At one point we told him to put Bill was great when we went in. He was working with another couple but letting us know he was avalable for questions. At one point we told him to put one of the cars back that we wouldn't need to drive it and then changed our minds. He didn't even blink. He went back out to get the car. We were able to do a quick close that evening. He sat with me the next day to go over the car. He was knowledgeable on the in's and outs of the packages the cars have. Great experience buying our 2nd BMW in Flemington. More
