The lease on my 2014 535i was coming due and I was notified by Flemington that they could get me into a new lease early. I replied to the email and received a response from Chris Leahy. We set up a time for me to come in and review my options and go over what vehicles were available. After looking at what was in stock I didn't see anything I was interested in. Chris advised he would do a search to see if any vehicles with the equipment I wanted was either do in or at another dealer where he could obtain the vehicle. After a day Chris located a vehicle at the port with the equipment I wanted and advised he could have the vehicle in a few days. I returned to Flemington met with Chris reviewed the paper work and gave him the go ahead to get the vehicle. Chris was a great help and made the experience a pleasant experience. I also have to give some credit to Vince Dillon what worked with me and Chris. More

He spent good time with us explaining us all the functionality of the various options in the SUV and has also encouraged us to spend time with the BMW product genius – a very good initiative by BMW. My Sales team was Cindy, Noha and Jan-Michael for my X3 BMW , Or should I say my BMW sales family- because that's how I felt and was treated from the minute I walked in til I drove off the lot. I began my search on the internet and received great service and knowledgeable detail from Cindy Amin and then came in to seal the deal with Noha . Both ladies were kind, personable and patient as I decided what color and features I wanted in my new Bimmer. Noha even moved both cars next to each other so I could do a side by side comparison. Jan-Michael being a father of a little one completed the financials in no time and even let my 2y.o Lexi play with his model BMW cars from his office during the wait. Last but not least I can't forget Victor who picked me up from home to avoid me needing to return and pick up my old car later. Victor, just as the rest of the BMW family was Great ! Very Knowledgeable This was both my first new car buying experience along with being the first BMW I've purchased. I was seeking an M3 which if anyone is in the market f This was both my first new car buying experience along with being the first BMW I've purchased. I was seeking an M3 which if anyone is in the market for, knows you're not finding one on a lot. Demand far exceeds supply for the vehicle so at any dealer in NJ, you're looking at being placed on a waiting list where they require you to pay MSRP. Flemington BMW participates in the Costco auto buying program where they've set prices close to invoice. Flemington BMW offered me the vehicle at a price other dealers wouldn't come near. The entire process of ordering and receiving the vehicle took roughly two and a half months(slightly less than the normal) in which Chris was always fast to provide answers to any questions I had, and he would also provide me with updates as to the production status. Upon arrival of my M3, Chris provided me a detailed tutorial on how to operate the myriad of features this beauty had to offer . I've encountered a good deal of car dealers in my life and I can say with certainty, Chris was the most knowledgeable salesman I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I'm usually the one teaching the salesman a thing or two about the car since I'm one of those people who does far too much homework before making a purchase of any kind. This was such a welcome change. He knew his product inside and out and I'd recommend anyone in the market for a BMW to pay him a visit. More
