I'm a happy camper with my gorgeous X3! This is the second pre-owned BMW that we've purchased from Scott Smith at Flemington BMW. We purchased a beautiful gray X5 for my hubby a few years back, and now I have a gorgeous white X3. Both transactions have been so streamlined and easy! Our daughter just got her driver's license, so we were thinking a third family car would be very helpful. We made our rounds at the Flemington dealers on a Saturday and that following Friday (6 days later!) we drove away with our third car! The amazing thing is that the car we purchased wasn't even in stock at the time. But Scott keeps in touch with his customers and he knew of a particular customer who had been wanting to trade in her car, and it turned out to be perfect timing for us as well. When things work out so easily I call it Divine Timing. Also it helps when you have a team of competent people who are ready to work with you and make things happen. The infamous Scott Smith of Flemington BMW Once again, the infamous Scott Smith of Flemington BMW ceases to amaze me. Less than five days ago I owned a 2008 BMW X3 and now I'm driving in a new Once again, the infamous Scott Smith of Flemington BMW ceases to amaze me. Less than five days ago I owned a 2008 BMW X3 and now I'm driving in a new 2014 X3. Scott had previously sold me my first BMW three years ago and my warranty started to creep up to the last covered month, so I knew that I needed to go back to Scott. However, I put so much mileage on the car (because I love driving it) the value ended up being less than what I owed on it. But I need not fear - because Scott knew someone who was interested in buying a used X3. I received a phone call from Scott on a Sunday and drove away with my new car that Friday! He even parked them next to each other so the cars could "bond." Upon delivery of my 2014 X3 Scott went through all the technical details of the car with me before I drove away including setting up my Sirius Radio, which I received free for one year, as well as setting up my BMW assist. Scott has gone out of his way TWICE for me and I really can't say enough good things about him as a salesperson and the fact that he's just a really great guy with a funny sense of humor too!  The warranty program from BMW and the Flemington BMW Service center is unlike any other dealership I have been to as they are simply put, exceptional! The reason I decided to choose X3 is this vehicle got better power, mpg, and of course better shape. I searched bmw dealers around and I found Flemington BMW is the place i should go, plus my desired X3 model and packages/options was in stock! My place is about one hour drive to flemington BMW, so just I started talking with Internet client adviser Ralph. Ralph explained all the details of this vehicle, then he worked together with Sales manager Mike and offered me a good price. Then Scott got in touch with me via phone regarding my information for financial paper work and vehicle configurations, Scott worked very late to setup my bmw x3 the night before delivery day. Becky was awesome as well, she worked with banks and gave me a good APR. She also explained the bmw protections plans and suggested what we may need and what we don't need, very nice and honest. On the delivery day, it only took 2 and half hours to finish everything(paper work, protection explanations, vehicle functionality demo, etc). Very efficient. Flemington BMW people are very nice, My wife and I feel very comfortable there and had a great time on the delivery day. Again. thank you very much!
