Got a Brake Job and Oil Change at Flemington BMW and they did a great job. I love the videos they sent from the lift. I never get so see under my car! Also, the BMW experience has been great. Several months before my lease was expiring, I was alerted by Greg Eckert that due to a new leasing rebate of $7500 I could lease a new i4 35 for a slightly higher monthly payment than my current 330 alerted by Greg Eckert that due to a new leasing rebate of $7500 I could lease a new i4 35 for a slightly higher monthly payment than my current 330i. Upon signing, I was told that NJ kicks in another $2000 so my leas payment would actually be lower than before. I have been wanting to go electric for a while. but assumed I couldn't afford to. I just got the car a couple of days ago and have never been happier. The car is awesome, and I'll be spending $200+ less a month in gas now. Plus, they have a 2 year deal with Electrify America to charge your car for 30 minutes for free if you need to charge on the road. All in all, I'm more excited about this car than any other BMW I've owned, and I've been a BMW owner since the early 90's. More

Laura took really good care of me. Very communicative and didn’t try to push/up sell on services like you may experience sometimes. I had an issue with the gear shifter on my vehicle; Very communicative and didn’t try to push/up sell on services like you may experience sometimes. I had an issue with the gear shifter on my vehicle; there was a part that needed to be replaced. Once the part was delivered, the replacement was done within a 3 hour time frame. I was provided a loaner car and received my car back within 2 days. Vacuumed and washed as well! While waiting on my car, Laura sent me recorded video which showed a technician performing a multi-point inspection of my vehicle up on the lift. Thoroughly went over each tire, brakes etc and explained in detail. I conveniently received this video as a text message at no extra cost. If you want great customer service-I 100% recommend working with Laura at Flemington BMW! More
