I visit flood ford paulette maddison the finance lady she is very helpful when I purchased my first brand new car a year and a half ago. I now purchased my second new vehicle a year later and paulette made i is very helpful when I purchased my first brand new car a year and a half ago. I now purchased my second new vehicle a year later and paulette made it so easy doing my finances and she was helpful with all the paperwork and warranties for my new vehicle. I have sent several people to the dealership to buy cars and recommend paulette to them. Overall I have had a wonderful experience at flood ford and paulette is very polite. I plan on buying another vehicle in another year. If it wasn't for paulette being helpful and nice I probably wouldn't have bought another vehicle from the dealer. I have known ken wylie all my life and I bought my first car from him. Ken is equally polite. Both ken and paulette have made my experience here welcoming. They made me feel like I was at home. I have called her about my warranty for a flat tire and she was very helpful got me in touch with the service department. I've been to another dealer and had not such a good experience with the financial department also sales. I would rate my experience with paulette 5 stars and also with ken Wyile. More

Originally I had a Nissan frontier but it was time to Flood Ford Let me start off by saying I went to a ton of dealerships looking for my new pickup. Originally I had a Nissan frontier but it was time to upgrade something more spacious easier to work out of with added features so of course I went for a Ford 150. I went to a couple different dealerships including Tasca first and because I’m a plumber and may have not been dressed well enough I couldn’t get the time of day which was freaking annoying. When I showed up to this dealership I was immediately greeted I was told that the sales person that I wanted to see was unavailable but that they could have somebody else show me the vehicle I wanted to see I chose to wait which was the best decision I could’ve made because Shannon was the best sales lady I have ever worked with she was not pushy. She never tried to upsell and it really seemed like she cared for exactly what I was looking for she went above and beyond we spent hours looking at vehicles sometimes not even talking about the vehicle she kept the entire process Super calm and enjoyable. I found the perfect car for me!! I will definitely be using this dealership in the future!! Now on a side note: there is this finance person named PAULETTE, The second I met her she was impolite had an attitude and was incredibly aggressive. After spending hours with my sales person feeling awesome about the transaction about to happen she completely destroyed that feeling within minutes of meeting her. I decided to take a shot and requested to the manager for a different finance person. I was then brought to Joe Pezza he was happy and upbeat he asked specific questions and stayed happy the entire time he brought the joy back to the sale honestly I don’t know what her problem is but she needs a different job maybe one that she doesn’t have human communication with! Thank you again Flood Ford for an excellent transaction and I look forward to doing business again in the future:-) More

Paulette intelligently coached me through excellent warranty and service options. Robert referred me to an auto shop that expertly applied a spray on bed liner. And now I'm driving my dream truck. I looked at the Flood Ford website to check for available vehicles and specials. I called and spoke with Mike Coleman in sales. I explained what I wanted and what I needed for my family and he was able to suggest vehicles for me to look at on Flood Ford's site. He found exactly what I was looking for within about 20 minutes. I emailed my application, and made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived at Flood, the Ford Explorer I wanted was right in front and ready to go! Mike Coleman came out and opened it so I could get a closer look. It was beautiful and had everything I wanted and more. We went into Flood Ford, which is very clean and open (and everyone wears masks, which put me at ease). Mike took care of everything, including taking my trade in and switching my insurance and registration. Working with Mike Coleman was enjoyable and comfortable. He then introduced me to Joe Pezza, who took care of my financing and warranty. Joe was friendly and thorough. He explained everything fully and provided options without putting any pressure on me about what to choose. His level of experience and professionalism was top notch. After financing was complete, Mike Coleman took me back out to my new Explorer. My plates were already on it and it was ready to go. He demonstrated how to use all of the features, and connected my phone to its system for me. Mike was extremely patient with my questions and was obviously invested in making sure I was happy with my new vehicle. When I drove off, I was thrilled with my Explorer and the whole experience with Flood. My family and I have been enjoying our new car since I brought it home. It is extremely comfortable, well equipped and fun to drive. I would highly recommend Flood Ford East Greenwich, and will always go back to Mike Coleman and Joe Pezza. More

He washed, vacuumed, and even fixed a nail in my tire.
