I was a jerk, they weren't I have to be honest, which can be hard when you are annoyed, but in any large operation it is fair to say that it is not always easy to get everything I have to be honest, which can be hard when you are annoyed, but in any large operation it is fair to say that it is not always easy to get everything to go smoothly.
