Why make an appointment I do love the customer service at Mazda. Steven Furtado & Alyssa are always fantastic. This has nothing to do with Alyssa who took care of me, she is I do love the customer service at Mazda. Steven Furtado & Alyssa are always fantastic. This has nothing to do with Alyssa who took care of me, she is always more than gracious. However, I did make an appt/ for oil change on 7-01-19 for 8:15 am.. My question: What is the point of Making an appointment when I had to wait 2 HOURS. My appt. was for 8:15 am.. I got out EXACTLY at 10:17 AM. I also thought Car wash & vacuum was part of customer service.. I have never received it since I have had oil changed. It is just a perk that would be nice to get when I am there. ( I happened to have day off, so went home and did it myself) I do not have a problem with waiting , but it seemed a bit odd. Still a happy customer Lorana Reposa DeMedeiros More

New car purchase I just had a great experience purchasing a new 2019 Mazda3. The sales and finance associates were very helpful, attentive, and sincere. At no time did I just had a great experience purchasing a new 2019 Mazda3. The sales and finance associates were very helpful, attentive, and sincere. At no time did I feel like I was being "sold" or manipulated. The price was fair, and we made a deal quickly. The entire process took about 1 hour the first day, and I was able to return the very next day to sign the sales contract and drive away with my new car in about another hour - including a great tutorial on how to use all of the technology features of the car. Not the best not the worst. I made an early morning appointment so I could be in and out and it ate up way more time then it should have. Called me an hour and a half in and told I made an early morning appointment so I could be in and out and it ate up way more time then it should have. Called me an hour and a half in and told me I needed new tires, which I did. Ran through the options picked the tires and got told it would be another hour to an hour and a half. Two hours go by, I had to call to get an update that it would be another hour to an hour and half. Two hours go by and I finally get a call they finished and to come pick it up. I get up there to and it’s still not ready, it’s coming out of the car wash any second. I finally get my car back 5 and a half hours later and I find that one of the techs had left their empty monster can in the cup holder. I waited 5 hours at the Panera next to the dealership while all of this was going on. Probably not going back. More
