Happy to have a new Mazda 6! I have spoken to Phil several times since I leased my 2017 Mazda 6. I decided to bring my car in and possibly lease a 2020 Mazda 6. I filled out a on I have spoken to Phil several times since I leased my 2017 Mazda 6. I decided to bring my car in and possibly lease a 2020 Mazda 6. I filled out a online form from Chase Mazda and I received a call from Jason. He assured me that he and Phil would do whatever they could to help me. Phil was very helpful and realized that I wanted a certain car, so he went back to try to lower my payment. Phil also took the time to show me all the new features in the 2020 car. Just bought my 3rd Mazda from Flood Mazda! My first two vehicles were CX-5s which were great but I needed more room for kids and animals so my new SUV is a CX-9. Lots of room! Easy access to the 3rd row. G vehicles were CX-5s which were great but I needed more room for kids and animals so my new SUV is a CX-9. Lots of room! Easy access to the 3rd row. Gas mileage around 25 mph. As usual the service was great! Negotiations went smoothly and the delivery was seamless. The CX-9 is well equipped and driving is fun! My CX-5 was in great shape so it joined the other certified vehicles on their lot. Definitely a dealer worth checking out!!! More

Loaner cars, runners to pick up/drop off :) A+ experience - Flood Mazda had excellent communication with me, sorted out a loaner car which they delivered to me in Providence, RI and picked up my A+ experience - Flood Mazda had excellent communication with me, sorted out a loaner car which they delivered to me in Providence, RI and picked up my car for service. They took care of the warranty repair, washed my car, and had it returned quicker than I was expecting. Pretty much as good as it gets I suppose. I couldn't be happier. More
