Service not complete after 5 hours Dropped my car off for an 8:30 appointment and let them know I would be back around 1:30 pm. This was for a check on the Infotainment system, as it wa Dropped my car off for an 8:30 appointment and let them know I would be back around 1:30 pm. This was for a check on the Infotainment system, as it was stuck in a boot loop. Returned at 1:30 and they had just started the diagnosis and I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes longer. 15 minutes later I was told the CMU needed to be replaced but it was a backordered item. Asked how much for the CMU and was told it is covered under a recall and that the parts are currently scarce. Was also told they would call me when they receive the part and they handed me the keys, with no paperwork etc. Just the promise that I would be contacted when the part is available. 6 days later no word?? Steve Furtado was who I worked with on the drop off but it was someone else on the pick up. More
