Flood Mazda - Construction Issues Flood Mazda has been under reconstruction and when I visited yesterday for an oil change it took longer than usual. Several costumers in the waiting a Flood Mazda has been under reconstruction and when I visited yesterday for an oil change it took longer than usual. Several costumers in the waiting area where complaining about the wait times. When asked my thoughts I explained that the Service Department was one of the main reasons that I bough my new CX5 from Flood Mazda. They all agreed that they were also satisfied in the past. I mentioned that maybe we should reserve judgement until the new facility is operational. I respect a businessman like Mike Flood that reinvests in his business. I think customers will be pleasantly surprised once construction is completed. More

Actually enjoyed car shopping! I shopped around, like everyone does. Car buying is stressful and everywhere else I went catered to that stereotype. By the time I got to Flood Mazda I shopped around, like everyone does. Car buying is stressful and everywhere else I went catered to that stereotype. By the time I got to Flood Mazda I was really just about to give up. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay but everywhere else they put me in the most expensive car and then pushed me to try to afford it. Rich was different. I gave him my guidelines and he stuck to them. He took his time chatting about my options. I showed him where I wanted to be and instead of bullying me into a higher price, he worked to make it possible. No ultimatum, no "5 minutes to decide on this deal!" I even had time to head home and think about it. Just an all around different experience. Im really happy I made it in, a huge thanks to Rich for sending me home in a fantastic car at a great deal. More
