I had an excellent experience buying my new Mazda with Lucas. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and not at all pushy. I had put a deposit on a slightly used Mazda and then changed my mind a few days later. I was worried that this might be a problem, but Lucas put my mind at ease and arranged for me to purchase exactly the car I wanted, no questions asked. His professionalism, patience and friendly demeanor made the transaction seamless and extremely positive. I returned a few days after I purchased the car and he took the time to answer all of my questions about the controls and carplay system. What a great buying experience, start to finish. I had a bad experience with another dealership and was not expecting much when I called to check on the availability of a car. Lauren answered the phone, and from there it was the best car buying experie not expecting much when I called to check on the availability of a car.
