We started at a different Mazda dealership and ran into a couple of issues which ended being deal breakers. I contacted Flood Mazda who had the exact model we were looking for and within a few minutes was ap couple of issues which ended being deal breakers. I contacted Flood Mazda who had the exact model we were looking for and within a few minutes was approved for financing via an online application. We were able to complete 95% of the purchase via the phone. I went to the dealership a couple of days later, signed the paperwork and was able to drive my new car home. Super easy process and great service from our salesman Sam Cary and finance manager Cody Harvey. I can't say enough positive things about these guys. More

10 out of 10! I was soo impressed with the service department at flood! I lease my vehicles, and recently switched to Flood Mazda. I was shocked to learn that they I was soo impressed with the service department at flood! I lease my vehicles, and recently switched to Flood Mazda. I was shocked to learn that they pick it up, serviced it, and returned the car for FREE! My previous lease cost me over $600 for an oil change!! I do plan to have my mother & father transfer their leases to Flood Mazda when their current leases are up. A huge thank you to the whole Flood team. I couldn’t be more pleased. From the sales department to the service department, 10 out of 10! More
