The whole Flood Mazda team is just truly amazing! Jason , thank you for getting the ball rolling. I am so glad the dark blue mica CX5 wasn’t there ! The eternal blue mica is in a class of its own . Devesh, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our dealership. I can say as being part of the entire process, your purchase was not as straight forward or easy as the average purchase. As you are aware there were limitations and obstacles that we worked very hard to overcome to ensure that the end result is that you were ultimately approved and are in fact driving a vehicle that you purchased from our dealership. Other dealers, did not do the work or work as hard as we did to take care of all of your needs and truly earn your business. If they had, you wouldn't have needed to come to us to purchase a vehicle. The "dealer" meaning the salesperson Lauren that I assigned to you did her absolute best in relaying information to you in a timely manner and kept you apprised of everything you needed to know to feel comfortable enough to move forward on your purchase. If we are being honest, she spent a lot of extra time patiently answering the same questions for you over and over again and going back and forth to our finance manager to get updates as well as to figure out a plan to assist you. We adjusted the pricing on the vehicle in question and offered you many free amenities on top of taking care of all of your needs. Our finance manager Cody then went a step beyond to go over every aspect of your purchase in fine detail to ensure that you had all of your concerns and questions addressed prior to singing the paper work. I truly think that your assessment of what transpired isn't accurate or factual. I believe it's based on your limited experience with purchasing vehicles and stemming from the fact that you were upset that the vehicle you purchased came with an inflator kit instead of spare tire for that make and model year which you showed displeasure with.
